Engagement

What makes Xpandrix different from a typical agency?

Brand, web, business systems and growth sit under one roof and one team, rather than being split across separate vendors who never see the whole picture.

Do you work with businesses outside the UAE and Sweden?

The studio is based in Dubai and Stockholm, and most work happens remotely wherever the client is. Location is rarely what limits a project.

Process

How does a project usually start?

With a free consultation to understand where the business is stuck, followed by a scoped proposal. We do not bill for a discovery workshop before we both understand the problem.

Who actually does the work?

The same in-house team of strategists, designers and engineers that scopes the project carries it through to launch. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor without the client knowing.

Pricing

How is a project priced?

Fixed-scope projects are quoted per engagement after the consultation. Ongoing growth and systems work is quoted as a monthly retainer once the scope is clear.

Is there a minimum project size?

Most engagements combine at least two disciplines, such as brand and web, or web and growth. Single-service work is possible, but the studio does its best work when several are joined up.

Branding

What does a brand identity include?

A logo, colours, typefaces and guidelines for how to use them, with ready-made files for print and screen. If you need more, such as packaging, signage or campaign material, we include it in the proposal.

How long does a logo take?

It depends mostly on how many concepts and rounds of changes are needed, and whether the logo is part of a full identity. After the first conversation you get a timeline in the proposal, so you know when each step will be done.

Can you refresh an existing logo instead of starting over?

Yes. There is often something in an old logo that customers already recognise, and then we build on it. We go through what works before suggesting how much should change.

Web design

Can we update the content ourselves?

Yes. The site comes with a content system where you change text, images and pages yourselves, without breaking the design.

Do you build in WordPress or Next.js?

Both. Next.js suits a site that has to be very fast, run in several languages or pull data from other systems. WordPress suits a site where you mostly edit text and images yourselves. Which one we recommend depends on what the site has to do.

How long does a new website take?

It depends mostly on the number of pages, the number of languages and whether the site connects to other systems. After the first conversation you get a timeline in the proposal.

Business systems

How is this different from off-the-shelf software?

Off-the-shelf software decides how you have to work, and you often pay for features you never use. A custom system is built around the way you already work and holds what you need.

Can you build a booking system?

Yes. Diamond Events' box office is one example: a seat map, bookings and tickets with a QR code in a system of their own. Bookings can also be tied to stock, vehicles, rooms or staff, depending on what is being booked.

Can we bring over what we have in Excel?

Yes. We import your existing spreadsheets and records while the system is built, so you do not start from zero.

SEO

How long does SEO take to show results?

It depends on how competitive your keywords are and how good the site is to begin with. Technical problems can be fixed straight away, while rankings for competitive terms build up over time. Ads bring traffic from day one and can run while the SEO work gathers pace.

Do you do both SEO and Google Ads?

Yes. SEO builds visibility that lasts, and ads bring quick traffic on the terms that matter most. Both are measured the same way, so you can see which of them brings enquiries.

Can you help if we already have a website?

Yes. We start by going through the current site: technical errors, load times, how the pages are structured and which keywords you already rank for. Then we suggest what will make the biggest difference first.
