1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. The site is run by the companies named under “Who we are” on this page (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. You may not:

• use it for anything unlawful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to it, test its security or interfere with how it works;
• copy it in bulk or collect its content automatically;
• send anything harmful through it, such as malicious code or spam.

3. Information on the site

The site describes who we are and what we do. It is general information, not an offer, and it does not create a contract. Work for clients is agreed in a separate written agreement, which alone sets the scope, price and terms of that work.

We aim to keep the content accurate and up to date, but cannot promise that everything on the site is complete or current at all times.

4. Contacting us

Sending the consultation form does not make you a client or oblige either of us to anything. Please do not send confidential information through the form; if a project needs it, we will agree how to share it. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.

5. Intellectual property

The site’s content, design and code, and the Xpandrix name and logo, belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may view the site and share links to it, but not copy, reuse or adapt its content without our written permission.

The client work shown on the site is shown with our clients’ permission. Their names, logos and websites belong to them.

6. Other websites

The site links to other websites, including our clients’ own. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without notice.

8. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there.

10. Languages

These terms are published in English and Swedish. If the versions differ, the English version applies, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
