How it works
We build custom business software and booking systems for companies that have outgrown their spreadsheets. Stock, customers, quotes, bookings and invoices in one place, built around the way your business already works.
Fewer tools, one source of truth
When the same booking is typed into a chat, a spreadsheet, a quote and an email, something goes wrong along the way. In a system of your own, details are entered once, and availability, quote and invoice update themselves.
How we build your system
We start with a free consultation and go through how you work today: the tools you use, where details are typed twice and where mistakes usually happen. Then you get a proposal with a fixed scope. We build the system in stages, so you can start using it early and we can adjust it to how it works day to day.
Access, history and integrations
Each person sees what they need, and every change is logged, so you can always see who did what. The system can connect to tools you already use, such as accounting or payments.
Hosting and further development
After launch we host and maintain the system and add features as the business needs them. Ongoing work is billed as a monthly retainer.

How does a project usually start?
With a free consultation to understand where the business is stuck, followed by a scoped proposal. We do not bill for a discovery workshop before we both understand the problem.
How is a project priced?
Fixed-scope projects are quoted per engagement after the consultation. Ongoing growth and systems work is quoted as a monthly retainer once the scope is clear.
How is this different from off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf software decides how you have to work, and you often pay for features you never use. A custom system is built around the way you already work and holds what you need.
Can you build a booking system?
Yes. Diamond Events' box office is one example: a seat map, bookings and tickets with a QR code in a system of their own. Bookings can also be tied to stock, vehicles, rooms or staff, depending on what is being booked.
Can we bring over what we have in Excel?
Yes. We import your existing spreadsheets and records while the system is built, so you do not start from zero.
